Refunds & Exchanges

At Local 93, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please review our policy below or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
  2. Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We accept returns for refund or exchange on unused, unopened items within 10 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item that doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery  to arrange a return and receive the correct item or a refund.

Exchanges

  1. Size or Color Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will assist you with the exchange process and ship the new item once we receive the original item back.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your return.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The customer is responsible to ensure they retain access to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Personalized or customized items.
  2. Items marked as clearance/sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing Time:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.
